fish n chips butterfly bush old graveyards, at old churches textures all rubbing against each other, rough alternating w/ soft w/ hewn, in your hand little blonde wisps these are gorgeous gifts for which to be thankful, and i join in your thanks!!!
Love all your pics! Really love the sweet little "Hummingbird". Did you make your fish???? I'm looking for a good fish and chips recipe. Looks so yummy! Have a happy day dear.
Rayanne, Jamie Oliver's cook book, Jamie's Dinners, has the best fish and chip recipe in my opinion. I did not make the ones you see above, but I ate them in New Zealand. Yum!
Enjoyed reading your list, now I am very hungry for some fish and chips! The hummingbird pictures so cute! The butterflies how neat we have lavender that attracts the bees and I enjoy watching and hearing them buzz around. Love the quote from Luther! Thankful to join in the gratitude of others!
That hummingbird put the biggest smile on my face -- thank you for sharing that! I give thanks for comfort food too -- if only it didn't make me feel quite so good. ;)
I noticed you comment on my mom's blog a lot (Rayanne) and I recognized your photo on Ann's Gratitude Group...I've just been reading through some of your lists. Inspiring! So glad I stopped by.
Love your little hummingbird....cutest one I've ever seen. :-)
Love, love, love your listing. I'll be following you!
I see you visited me and left a lovely comment. I just posted and have not a change to get everyone's blog just yet.
I too am reticent and my blog normally only contains little kernels of my life. But I took the plunge in favor of camaraderie and honoring those who have been so kind and generous gracing my blog with their beautiful thoughts, and who themselves have a truly beautiful blog. That is why I thought of you and wanted to give you these lovely awards, you so very deserve them. It is always a treasure to come to your blog, I feel so filled with loving kindness that emanates from your words and photos.

Joanny, now you're going to make me cry. xo
ReplyDeleteSo, I do NOT know how I missed that 'friends' section up there. *blushing* I'm following now! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that comfort food always heads straight for my hips? Seems so unfair. Love your very own hummingbird. So sweet.
