  5. I think you should go on more retreats, draw more cool stuff, then post it here so we can all see what you've done. That would make me very happy.

  11. I came from Ann’s today.

And amen –nothing like a retreat with godly people. And praise – he inhabits praise. And I l heart that A shaped building. My favorite from your list today, by the way, is 343 - coming home a different person (more like Our Lord I'm thinking:)

This was so good. Thank you. God Bless.

  12. How lovely..
    long ago I went here
    http://www.charneymanor.demon.co.uk/
for a weekend..I still have fond memories and
I can still picture the miniature cyclamen growing round the base of the trees..beautifully pure and clean and magical (in a good way :0) )

  13. Val, that must've been enchanting. I've only seen cyclamen as potted house plants, never in the wild. I had one once that lived for years in a pot on my dining room table. It was fushia in color and gave off the faintest of fragrance. I loved it.

  16. Oh, I love the A frama!
Retreats for me are the kind of thing I never really FEEL like going on, but then I'm so glad when I do go. Glad you had a time away.
And I also heart pens and journals and school supplies in general. :)

  17. Kit, I get it. :) My kids can attest to how I always grumble while packing, and then come home humbled. They laugh at me. A frama!

  21. KeLi, the experience, mine too. The phrase weight of glory--Paul, 2 Corinthians 4:17, and C.S. Lewis; but borrowed by me. You probably knew that already. :)

  22. Glad you had a good time of fellowship and transformation. May your week be filled with continued blessings.

  23. Coming home a different person! Makes anything worth it, doesn't it? But when it's a time of fellowship with ones we love, it's even better! Thank you for a beautiful list today!
