"Possibly, I thought, as I set the miniature bouquet on the old trestle table, possibly God knows that if spring came all at once, we should die of it. So, the fairy-size bells ring a chime to make it possible to bear the beauty that will come in May."

ReplyDelete(and I hate to admit it, but I'm jealous of your apple tree blooms...)
this rarely happens to me lately but the quote made me tear up. It sums up exactly how I've been feeling.
ReplyDeleteI've been so irritated with myself for not having any words, but my words don't seem to be ENOUGH for the whole thing, and God is overwhelming me, and so is Spring. I'm overwhelmed and so so grateful for fairy sized bells.
I love your list.
I love the chicks.
I desperately want a vegetable garden.
The end.
