Just checking in...

Hey everyone!

We've been busy adoring the latest grandchild in the land of the long white cloud (New Zealand).

Will be catching up to all your lovely blogs tomorrow!

I want to thank my most talented son-in-law Rhys who created the new look on my blog. You can visit his photography website at www.rhyslakephotography.com

  8. Love the new picture! It fantastic! By the way, he doesn't update his website with new portfolio pics enough, but his two most used models are quite captivating.

I agree with Drew, let us know who wins the Bowl cause I've got some bets to hedge...paying off school loans and all, ya know...

  9. {JODI} You are adorable in the extreme. The header is PERFECT. I am getting a ridiculous amount of vicarious happiness from your little checkins from a far away land. Knowing you're drinking deep from the well of daughterly and granddaughterly (and son-in-law...ly?) presence makes me so glad. And, hello, palm branchy flora! Much love and continued prayers for you and yours. M.J.

Okay so I'm very excited you're coming back. You seem so far away right now...even though you're always far away. You wouldn't happen to have another layover coming down the pipe would you? The children aren't sick anymore....:)

Your granddaughter is adorable. I know you're loving every minute of your visit and I wish many more upon you and your family

All here in this house LOVE the new header (and the lady in it!); Rhys, talented indeed!
    And the sofa upholstery,
thine lady's dress, the teacake, teatable, the exotic NZ foliage, the time standing stillness with a giggle on it's face.
Please give a kiss to the wee lass for us.
