i also like hummingbirds, diapered ones, and flying ones.
Vicki, I grow mountain mint - the buterflies are crazy for it.
Hey Jodi, That mint you gave me sprang up and is now like a tiny bush.
Steph, wowie thats great!
Love all your pics!
Really love the sweet little "Hummingbird".
Did you make your fish???? I'm looking for a good fish and chips recipe. Looks so yummy!
Have a happy day dear.
Love the pictures. Hummingbird is a favorite :)
Thank you for sharing your gratitudes this day.
What a lovely good morning gift to see your photos and words.
I especially love your "hummingbird."
oh, sweet hummingbird. i'll echo it, too: this made my day better.
Rayanne, Jamie Oliver's cook book, Jamie's Dinners, has the best fish and chip recipe in my opinion. I did not make the ones you see above, but I ate them in New Zealand. Yum!
Thanks everyone. The hummingbird is my grand-daughter, Magnolia Blossom. :)
Enjoyed reading your list, now I am very hungry for some fish and chips! The hummingbird pictures so cute! The butterflies how neat we have lavender that attracts the bees and I enjoy watching and hearing them buzz around. Love the quote from Luther! Thankful to join in the gratitude of others!
Your hummingbird is darling! Thanks for sharing.
I have to echo the love for your precious hummingbird. Granddaughter?
wow.
Ok, I have to add to the hummingbird love! She is adorable! I'm always so blessed to read your lovely list and see your lovely photos. :)
Magnolia Blossom!!! Wow!
And fish and chips...Jamie Oliver...will have to try.
Oooh, I like these! Beautiful photos. The "hummingbird" made me laugh out loud . . still am!
Really great!
Hummingbird is best out of greats.
I needed that Martin Luther quote. Aah, the breeze of wisdom and humor!
That hummingbird put the biggest smile on my face -- thank you for sharing that! I give thanks for comfort food too -- if only it didn't make me feel quite so good. ;)
iron and wood, and textures... LOVE this.
Hi Jodi,
I noticed you comment on my mom's blog a lot (Rayanne) and I recognized your photo on Ann's Gratitude Group...I've just been reading through some of your lists. Inspiring! So glad I stopped by.
Love your little hummingbird....cutest one I've ever seen. :-)
Love, love, love your listing. I'll be following you!
I guess I should add that I'll be following you via my blogroll, since I don't see a 'follow me' on here. :-)
Wonderful pictures! Especially the little hummingbird and the butterflies, too, and........and..........and.........
They're all great!
Jodi
I see you visited me and left a lovely comment. I just posted and have not a change to get everyone's blog just yet.
I too am reticent and my blog normally only contains little kernels of my life. But I took the plunge in favor of camaraderie and honoring those who have been so kind and generous gracing my blog with their beautiful thoughts, and who themselves have a truly beautiful blog.
That is why I thought of you and wanted to give you these lovely awards, you so very deserve them. It is always a treasure to come to your blog, I feel so filled with loving kindness that emanates from your words and photos.
Cheers,
Joanny
Joanny, now you're going to make me cry. xo
So, I do NOT know how I missed that 'friends' section up there. *blushing* I'm following now! :-)
Why is it that comfort food always heads straight for my hips? Seems so unfair. Love your very own hummingbird. So sweet.
