I haven't tasted these yet. You have to wait a month before using, but supposedly they add intense lemon flavor to any recipes you use them with. If you're interested in making some, let me know. I got the recipe from a lovely blogger who lives in Jordan.
The picture of the fox is not mine. We only heard one, but didn't see it. And you're right, he does look very sly. That's why I chose it. However, the photo of those dignified hens is mine.
